AMANAH MA Card adalah Program bertaawun di antara para pendamping dan UMKM binaan LP3H Mathlaul Anwar, serta warga Mathlaul Anwar seluruh Indonesia apabila mengalami musibah sakit atau meninggal dunia.

Manfaat Program Amanah MA Card Adalah

  1. Santunan Takziyah meninggal dunia Rp, 2.500.000,-
  2. Santunan Takziyah meninggal dunia kecelakaan Rp. 5.000.000,-
  3. Bantuan Modal Usaha jika Cacat Tetap Karena kecelakaan Rp. 5.000.000,-
  4. Biaya Pengurusan Jenazah Rp. 1.000.000,-
  5. Santunan harian rawat inap Rp. 100.000,-/ hari (maksimal 10 hari)

Ketentuan Peserta

  1. Usia peserta 17 - 65 tahun
  2. Masa tunggu klaim akibat sakit : 30 hari
  3. Peserta akan menerima kartu Amanah MA Card LP3H
  4. Data yang dibutuhkan untuk pendaftaran : Nama Lengkap, Tanggal lahir, NIK, Jenis Kelamin, No HP
  5. Kontribusi per peserta : Rp. 50.000/tahun
